The young man (possibly) violated the UCMJ, this is up to his "chain of command". They will decide to prosecute or not, but those same regulations hold that he has the freedom to express his views. I've seen the tape which shows that he was clearly respecful, and not a "wingnut" ranting and raving.
I doubt anything will come from this except that once again, the left has shown that the don't really "support the troops". And further have no desire beyond winning political points...
